The Elite simply is the best clincher tire on the market. 100% polyester casing at 260 T.P.I.( Threads per inch ). The Elite has a kevlar bead and PPS ( puncture protection system ) and is offered in colors Black, Blue, Red and Yellow. Size is 700x23C and it has a very supple feel, superior cornering and great cushion. This tire has the best all around performance with true tubular like feel. Weight: 205g
