Campagnolo Bora Ultra WTO 80 Disc Tubeless Front Wheel - DCS

The Campagnolo Bora Ultra 80 wheel is both light and efficient, allowing you to reach the finish line among the first, but also to have the right momentum for victory. After in-depth studies and careful calculations, the 80mm profile was chosen to ensure an optimum balance between the wheel's weight, aerodynamic efficiency and handling. Made from Campagnolo's hand-crafted ultra-light carbon (H.U.L.C.), the rims feature a Luxury (C-LUX) mirror finish and undrilled 2-Way Fit rim tape for perfect tyre compatibility without the need for rim tape.
All-new aero spokes with hidden nipples reduce aerodynamic drag, while CULT ceramic bearings reduce friction. The uniquely designed carbon hub body is securely fixed to an aluminium flange and the integrated spoke housings ensure perfect alignment.
As with all Bora Ultra wheels, the rim base is undrilled, making tubeless installation easier and significantly increasing the rigidity and integrity of the rim. The Bora Ultra WTO 80 represents the new standard in high-profile wheels for time trials and high-speed stages.
The most aerodynamic
The hourglass shape of the hub and the specially designed flanges reduce the frontal area and therefore turbulence.
The 21 double-thickness aerodynamic spokes have a refined diameter of 1.5 mm.
The new Aero Mo-Mag nipples are hidden inside the rim to minimise airflow, but are still easy to adjust from the outside. #The 21mm rim tape provides better air penetration at high speeds.
Best rolling efficiency
The Bora Ultra WTO 80 2-Way Fit rim, which complies with the ETRTO tubeless standard for fitting tubeless tyres, is also suitable for tubeless-ready and clincher tyres.
Wider tyres on wider rims increase the volume of air inside and, especially if they are tubeless, can be used without problem at lower pressures, to improve grip, control and comfort and reduce effort without affecting speed.
Campagnolo's exclusive G3 spoking system improves torque transfer.
The CULT ceramic bearings used in Bora Ultra WTO hubs are five and a half times smoother than standard steel bearings.
Aerodynamic choice... but Campagnolo
Campagnolo handling remains excellent despite the 80mm profile.
All the new Bora Ultra WTO wheels are designed for AFS disc rotors (centrelock compatible).
The oversized freewheel with 36-tooth rack is responsive and extremely durable, and is compatible with N3W, XDR and HG bodies.
Weighing in at just 1590g, even an 80mm profile can cope with the altimetric variations of the course.
