The Fizik Terra Ergolace X2 GTX is a versatile all-terrain shoe that combines ergonomic lacing with a resilient, waterproof and breathable upper featuring a Gore-Tex membrane and grippy Vibram outsole, perfect for any situation.
Ideal for trail riders, bikepackers and long-distance cyclists, these shoes have been developed to adapt and move easily from gravel paths to singletrack and back again. Their snug fit makes them an ideal choice for extended adventures, where day-to-day comfort is essential. What's more, the casual look of the Ergolace adds even more versatility, perfect for bike travellers who need a shoe to do it all.
In its GORE-TEX configuration, cyclists can now extend their thirst for adventure thanks to the triple-layer waterproof and breathable membrane: it protects against the elements while keeping feet dry. Ready for tough conditions, the ripstop fabric upper resists abrasion and tears, while the laminated PU toe cap and side reinforcements add further protection and durability. For added comfort, the Ergolace pattern wraps around the foot and secures the fit with an ergonomic lace fastening.
The X2 outsole enhances versatility. Designed to offer an optimal balance between pedalling efficiency and flexibility for comfort and control on and off the bike, the X2 outsole has riders covered for every cycling moment. The compressed EVA midsole provides stability and cushioning, while the Vibram rubber tread ensures grip and traction in all conditions. The directional lug pattern is designed to ensure a good foothold; with the right spacing and depth to bite into softer ground, it's made from a unique compound that's ideal for gripping smooth rocks on rides. The X2 features an enlarged crampon track with more recoil and greater flexibility in the choice of crampon placement.
