Description
The PowerBar IsoActive energy drink is a powder for the preparation of an isotonic drink with carbohydrates and minerals. It contains a scientifically developed formula with different sources of carbohydrates. The assimilation of carbohydrates is optimised thanks to this ratio of glucose and fructose sources (C2MAX Dual Source Carb Mix). IsoActive also contains minerals in proportions equivalent to the losses due to perspiration and provides 5 electrolytes (Sodium, Chloride, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium).

Ingredients
Dextrose, maltodextrin, fructose, mineral salts (sodium citrate, sodium chloride, calcium lactate, potassium chloride, magnesium carbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavours, beetroot juice powder.
May contain: soya, milk.
Recommended consumption
Mix 33 g (approx. 3 spoons / 1 sachet) in 500 ml of water. Consume during exercise. It is recommended to consume up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour depending on intensity and duration. One serving of IsoActive provides about 29 grams of carbohydrates. IsoActive can be eaten as a supplement to a varied and balanced diet. Drink 200 to 300 ml during the hour before exercise. Drink 150 to 200 ml every 15 minutes during exercise.
