Schwalbe Tire :
The Century is the ideal tyre for vintage-type bikes. These bicycles evoke the initial heyday of cycling at the beginning of the 20th Century. Other modern interpretations of this first bike culture are lifestyle bikes, fixies, or Dutch bikes in unusual colours.
The Schwalbe Century is based, down to the last detail, on the tyres of the early 20th Century. The side wall has embossed lettering in the traditional billboard style. Combined with a contrasting colour, this generates a slight 3D effect. The range of colours is absolutely classical. Apart from completely black tyres, there are side walls in cream or silver grey. The British racing green version - combined with white - gives traditional bikes a spectacular contrast!
The Century merges classical design and modern technology. It has a 50 EPI carcass, K-guard puncture protection and all models have a reflective strip.
