• Maxtal aluminium alloy: A genuine Mavic exclusive, this specific aluminium alloy offers a better strength-to-weight ratio than traditional 6106 alloy.
• ISM light rim technology: Inter Spoke Milling is an exclusive process patented by Mavic. ISM consists of machining the lower bridge of the rim between each spoke hole, to obtain a light and robust rim without reducing its durability. 
• Black Shield treatment: Protects the rim against bumps and scratches.
• Infinity hubs: Efficient power transfer thanks to optimised non-contact spoke lacing (no noise under load) and tension distribution. Front and rear spokes are identical in length. Easy maintenance thanks to a tool-free solution. 
• SUP welding technology: Welded Machined Process, a stronger, smoother joint. After strapping, the rim joint is arc-welded. The welded joint is then machined to a smooth finish. 
• QRM Auto automatic bearing adjustment technology: Double-sealed cartridge bearings. The system adjusts automatically to ensure perfect rotation over the long term without any play.
• Tubeless technology without rim tape FORE: Instead of being drilled, the lower bridge of the rim is pushed inwards and then threaded to allow the spoke nipples to be screwed on directly, leaving the upper bridge intact. 
• Instant Drive 360 freewheel system: The new Instant Drive 360 freewheel system is ultra-light and efficient. An oversized non-contact rubber seal reduces friction to a minimum, and a wide choice of adapters makes it compatible with a large number of frames and axles.
