Description
The Mavic MR801 hub is the worthy heir to the best historical Mavic hubs (501, 571...). Precision CNC-machined hub flanges optimize spoke positioning and alignment for stable, rigid and durable constructions. Large sealed cartridge bearings (2 front, 4 rear) provide C3 internal clearance for smooth, long-lasting operation. The QRM automatic preloading system guarantees smooth running and perfect clearance without any intervention. The disc version is available in 24, 28 and 32 hole options (front and rear). It is compatible with a 12 mm through-bolt and can easily be converted to a quick release.
The ID360 ratchet freewheel system offers just 9° of engagement and perfect torque transfer, with low resistance and a sexy freewheeling sound.
