Mavic Deemax DH Yellow wheels, as their name suggests, have been specifically designed for downhill riding. They celebrate in style the 25th anniversary of this iconic model! Validated by DH riders on World Cup tracks, these wheels feature a new 30 mm profile developed to absorb heavy impacts, shocks and other vibrations, providing maximum confidence on rough terrain.
Equipped with 28 J-Bent spokes in swaged steel, Deemax DH wheels offer the ideal compromise between robustness and dynamism for maximum performance on the most demanding descents. These spokes are designed to be easy to repair, so you can get back on the road quickly and avoid a tedious pit stop (or workshop). Each wheel comes with two replacement spokes, for even greater peace of mind.
And if a DH bike is often put to the test by its direct environment, the double Blackshield treatment preserves the Deemax DH in the event of impact, making it twice as resistant to stone impacts and other scratches. All the more reason to seek out even tighter trajectories...
The wide rim shape, which facilitates the fitting of DH tires with cross-sections between 2.0“ and 3.0”, offers riders exceptional versatility, enabling them to adapt their tire set-up to all conditions.
