Description
Northwave Overland Plus shoes are ideal for committed mountain bikers. They feature a Vibram Fort Augustus outsole with bindings designed to improve traction and braking, and provide outstanding grip on both wet and dry surfaces. The EVA midsole reduces weight and improves cushioning. Multi-layer heat-welded construction offers superior protection while minimising thickness and weight. These shoes also feature a small TPU insert to protect against rubbing or splashing.
The closure system combines Velcro straps and the SLW3 tightening knob to adjust the pressure distribution on the instep, avoiding pinch points and overheating during pedalling. This combined system works perfectly over the whole foot: the SLW3 knob tightens the shoes from the middle of the instep to the toes, while the Velcro strap concentrates on the upper part of the foot.
