Description
The SMP Well saddle is based on the experience of the Professional range. This saddle has the technical features that make it an optimum, safe choice for anyone who wants to engage in intensive cycling, both on the road and on mountain bikes. It has a saddle body designed to overcome the major constraints of resistance and stability over time. It is topped with a soft, high-strength polyurethane padding. The SMP Well is covered with a SMP Vacuum Tech coating, which allows the padding to be applied without the use of glue or mechanical hooks for longer life. The unidirectional carbon rails offer high stress resistance and vibration absorption.
What's more, the SMP Well saddle features the technologies developed by SMP for the SMP4Bike Tourism:
An eagle-beak tip, for greater comfort in the low position, maximum freedom of movement at the tip and zero compression on the genitals.
A central channel with a patented ergonomic design that avoids compression of the perineal and prostate area to reduce genital numbness and tingling, protect neurovascular structures and maintain complete blood flow. This central channel also ensures greater muscle fluidity and power, as well as better aeration of the genital area.
A patented ergonomic support zone for maximum support and stabilisation of the pelvis, reducing joint imbalances. It also allows greater pressure on the pedals, preventing energy loss.
A rear depression for optimum protection of the coccyx.
Patented rails with maximum adjustment range. They also offer great lateral stability, greater resistance and better vibration absorption.
