The versatile rim design takes into account road conditions, not just those created in a wind tunnel, and the result is a rim shape that reduces aerodynamic drag in the most effective way. Now even lighter, thanks in part to its Hand Made Ultra-Light Carbon (H.U.L.C.) construction, the Bora Ultra WTO 45 features thinner Aero elliptical spokes and hidden nipples to help split the air. The carbon hub body with exclusive Campagnolo design is firmly attached to an aluminum flange, and integrated spoke seats ensure perfect alignment. A superb C-LUX finish and subtle new Bora Ultra graphics make the wheels elegant and stylish. Campagnolo's CULT ceramic bearings spin effortlessly inside the aerodynamic carbon front hub and aluminum rear hub. The oversized 36-tooth rear freewheel is compatible with N3W, XDR or HG standards. Designed for tire widths from 23 mm, they are aerodynamically optimized for 25 mm tires. Available versions: Campagnolo N3W™, Shimano HG, Sram XDR™ freewheel hubs.
Features :
- Overall wheel efficiency is determined by overcoming aerodynamic resistance, rolling resistance and the effects of weight and slope.
- The rolling resistance of this rim profile is lower with an inner rim channel width of 19 mm, especially with 23 mm or 28 mm tires, but aerodynamics are optimized with 25 mm.
- With a total weight of 87 kg, the rolling resistance of a 25 mm tire at 40 km/h is as follows: tubular 30 watts, inner tube 28 watts, tubeless 25 watts.
- The Bora Ultra WTO therefore has 2-Way Fit rims for tubeless, tubeless ready or tube tires.
- PERFECT ALIGNMENT
- Campagnolo molds the nipple and valve holes directly onto the rims, so there's no need to drill the carbon fiber afterwards.
- Each spoke hole has an internal seat for the nipple, machined from the rim's laminated carbon, specially designed with the right angle to fit the hub correctly.
- Aero Mo-Mag nipples are perfectly aligned with each spoke and enable highly precise wheel mounting, with reduced localized stress and improved fatigue resistance.

- All new Bora Ultra WTO wheels are designed for AFS (centerlock compatible) discs.
- Campagnolo's exclusive G3 spoking system improves torque transfer.
- The CULT ceramic bearings used by Bora Ultra WTO hubs have 5 ½ times less friction than standard steel bearings#The oversized freewheel with 36-tooth rack is responsive and very strong, and is compatible with N3W, XDR, HG freewheel bodies.
