Kickr's integrated two-axis movement and flywheel technology allow the bike to move freely during your rides and indoor workouts. The movement released by its fore-and-aft motion reduces fatigue and improves overall efficiency, so you can train longer and harder than ever before. If you prefer stability, there's an option to lock the front-to-back movement and lock the Kickr Move in place.

If you need to interrupt your workout for any reason, the ERG Easy Ramp gradually brings you back to the effort instead of requiring a leg-breaking effort to reach your power numbers.
