The Hutchinson Challenger TLR tyre combines performance, durability, comfort and puncture resistance. This tubeless tyre is a concentrate of technologies for even greater performance, both in training and in long-distance races.
Its smooth tread in the centre guarantees exceptional performance, while the ribs on the sides ensure efficient grip when cornering. Made up of two tread compounds - a harder one in the centre for performance and a softer one on the sides for grip - this tyre will follow you on all your long-distance adventures. The French brand assures you that you'll be able to drive up to 10,000 km before having to replace it.
Under this tread, the Challenger TLR features the following technologies:
Hardshield: two reinforcements in polyamide and aramid, doubling puncture resistance.
Air Shield: a dual compound under the carcass and around the beads.
Extremely versatile, this tyre is just as at home in the rain as it is in the sun. It's ideal for winter training and makes a great companion for endurance events. It holds its pressure perfectly, and can be used without a preventive. The latter only serves to limit punctures.
