Description
The Shimano GRX 820 groupset will take you on all your favourite rough roads. This top-of-the-range groupset meets the demands of Gravel, maintaining the tighter ratios needed to maintain your position in the peloton. It features a 2x12-speed crankset with a 48-31 tooth chainring combination, so you'll be just as at home on the flat as you are in the mountains.
Dual Control shifters provide smooth, responsive gear changes. Their ergonomic design improves comfort by reducing pressure on the palms, while the textured, non-slip surface of the brake lever increases control over rough terrain.
The RX-820 front derailleur ensures smooth gear changes and easy adjustment thanks to its linkage construction and integrated cable tensioner. The chain line is set 2.5 mm further outwards, giving greater clearance for Gravel tyres.
The rear derailleur, meanwhile, is very quiet and features a stabiliser to prevent chain slap and jump.
The RX820 brake callipers bring a new level of control to the world of Gravel, with improved modulation and more efficient braking. And despite its smaller size, the system is quieter and easier to maintain.
