Description
The Deda Elementi Superbox stem has been redesigned to incorporate the DCR system for internal routing of cables and ducts. It can be used in 4 different ways to fit all routing solutions on the market: DCR, S-DCR, direct and external. Combined with the brand's DCR (Deda internal cable routing) handlebars, this stem is the perfect solution for bikes with full internal cable routing. The Superbox has an exclusive system that offers two possible mounting solutions for internal cable routing. Full internal cable routing (DCR) or semi-internal cable routing (S-DCR) through a cover that allows installation, adjustment or maintenance without unnecessary complications for electronic cables and disconnection of the hydraulic box.
This stem works with a standard 1-1/8" fork steerer tube, the stem is compatible with a 46mm (for 1-1/8" bearing) or 56mm (for 1.5" bearing) top tube. The stem assembly includes special spacers that provide channels for the housing cables. The spacers and nylon cover are designed with slots that allow them to open, they can be added or removed to get the right fit without having to remove all the cables.
The innovative 3D forging technology and flat design allows for better aerodynamic performance. The addition of size 70 and 80 makes Superbox the best choice also for mountain bikes with internal cable routing as well as for Gravel bikes.
