Description
The Giro Eclipse Spherical helmet combines the brand's best technologies in a lightweight, compact form. Ideal for both road and gravel riding, this helmet features In-Mold construction, a molded polycarbonate shell with EPS liner. The sleek outer shell actively streamlines airflow to reduce drag across multiple wind angles, while 14 Wind Tunnel vents pull air through the helmet to provide incredible cooling power that rivals the brand's other most ventilated road helmets. Inside, the Spherical Technology ball-and-socket design is powered by the MIPS brain protection system, which allows the helmet's EPS foam outer liner to rotate around the foam inner liner during a crash to help redirect impact forces away from the brain. Progressive layering of the inner and outer liners helps provide more complete protection, too. The patented Roc Loc 5 Air system improves stability and fit, and the plush Ionic antimicrobial padding helps absorb sweat and moisture while providing durable antimicrobial performance.
