Mavic Crossmax SL Ultimate 30 MTB Rear Wheel 29" Boost DCL Shimano Micro Spline

The Mavic Crossmax SL Ultimate 30 wheels were designed for the Cross Country Olympians. With a weight of only 1380g, these wheels are the dream of all Cross Country competitors. They are equipped with carbon rims, allowing fast acceleration and climbing without compromising on stiffness and durability.
The special Adaptive Lay Up technique allows to build carbon rims using less material between the spokes. The spoke holes are reinforced with strategically positioned carbon layers, reducing weight without compromising stiffness and strength. A lighter rim means faster acceleration, more efficient climbing and better responsiveness. The outer carbon layer features our new UD² design, which gives it a distinctive visual identity and enhances its durability.
The 30mm internal width offers improved handling for more confidence and control on challenging singletrack. The carbon rim features 24 straight, shrunken spokes (same spoke length throughout), crossed in pairs for optimal power transfer and vertical flexibility. The new, lighter Infinity hub platform maximizes lateral stiffness, and the spoking maximizes power transfer. The Instant Drive 360 freewheel body features a dual ratchet system for quick engagement to accelerate more efficiently out of corners. The rear hub is compatible with HG9, Micro Spline and SRAM XD freewheel bodies.
The Crossmax SL Ultimate 30 is available in 29" only, with 6-hole or Center Lock discs, and compatible with a 15 x 110 front axle and a 12 x 148 rear axle. It comes with valves, spare spokes and MTB wheelbag.
