The Blackburn Local Grid Reflective saddle bag is designed with a welded seam design that makes the bag more compact and reduces weight. It also eliminates the holes that allow water to enter, and ensures a clean and smooth connection inside and out. It easily holds 2 road tubes, a multi-tool, 2 tyre levers and a CO2 inflator with cartridge. Developed to increase rider visibility, Blackburn has applied a retro-reflective coating to the Local Grid pannier for an extra level of safety and visibility.
