Description
The Assos Ultraz Winter balaclava has been designed and optimised for competition in the coldest races of the year. The mask features a double-layer twinDeck structure that allows heat to be retained inside while releasing moisture to the outside. The Ultraz fits comfortably around the head and neck thanks to its pre-determined panels, providing a perfect fit when using the helmet. The yoke to protect the chin, throat and chest is reinforced with Winter Foam Light, a neoprene-like foam material that promotes better insulation where it is particularly essential.

- Medium push-pull effect: bi-stretch elastic material that has an open structure to promote exceptional breathability and transfer moisture to the outer layer
- Rhombus fabric: soft, polypropylene fabric with soft jacquard fibres that stay in contact with the skin.
- TwinDeck fabric: double layer fabric that increases insulation by combining the push-pull medium with the Rhombus fabric
- Winter Foam Light: soft polyurethane foam brushed into the back which is used to provide extra protection for the neck.
