Description
The Mavic Speed Release thru axle allows for faster wheel removal and reassembly than conventional thru axles. The torque control system results in a solid axle weighing only 40 grams (12x100), 45 grams (12x142) and 47 grams (12x148). In addition, the integrated torque control system guarantees a constant clamping force with every use and the indexing system keeps the axle/wheel in the fork/frame when unscrewed. This axle is only compatible with a fork and frame equipped with the Speed Release system.
