The Campagnolo Bora WTO 60 wheels have been designed to offer the minimum rolling resistance and maximum aerodynamic efficiency. The acronym WTO (Wind Tunnel Optimized) refers to the place where Campagnolo engineers worked to create these wheels with exclusive design features that set new standards in terms of aerodynamic efficiency. Developed in the wind tunnel, the Bora WTO 60 wheels are designed for lowland rides where average speeds exceed km/h.
