Description
The Fizik Gravity Alpaca X5 saddle has been designed to meet the demands of fast and aggressive downhill riders. It is the result of a close collaboration with the riders and mechanics of the Santa Cruz Syndicate Team.
The rounded contours of the Gravita Alpaca allow for smooth and fast inner leg movement when steering your bike downhill. Flexible edges along the fenders and at the rear protect your inner legs from bruising, even when riding hard. And less volume and a shorter length allow for more suspension travel.
Even if you like to ride downhill, you'll still have to pedal your way to the top of the mountain. The flat surface of the Gravita Alpaca allows for seamless shifts from front to back. And the nose is wide and flat, so when you move forward to maintain traction on steep climbs, you have a solid platform to lean against.
Tough conditions and aggressive riding demand solid solutions, which is why all Alpaca saddles feature Mobius rails, our exclusive closed-loop rail design, for added strength and weight distribution, making broken seat rails on heavy landings a thing of the past.
In addition, this saddle comes with the carryage kit, allowing you to take your multi-tool and two CO2 cartridges with you. It is attached to the underside of the saddle with a screw. Once installed, it is completely integrated into the silhouette of your saddle and does not interfere with pedalling.
