The Topeak Power Lever is a very clever multifunction tool. The two levers connect to form a chain link clamp to remove or install the quick release pin from your chain. Used separately, the two levers can be used as tire levers. A chain hook is provided with this tool to hold the chain in place when removing or installing the chain.
