Description

The Garmin RTL515 radar and taillight pairs with your Edge GPS bike computer or compatible smartphone to alert you to approaching vehicles behind you. It provides visual and audible alerts when a vehicle approaches you from behind, from 140 metres away. It pairs perfectly with the Edge GPS bike computer or a compatible smartphone. It works with the Varia application, which helps you stay alert by providing you with graphics, as well as audible and vibrating alerts, showing the position and speed of approaching cars. The tail light ensures that you can be seen from a distance (up to 1.6 km) in daylight in traffic.
Its compact design allows you to fit it under the seat of almost any road bike. Thanks to its vertical format, the RTL515 does not hinder your leg movements and allows you to pedal comfortably.
In addition, it has several modes, including the peloton mode which uses a bright flash that is not harmful to the eyes of other riders when riding in a group. Finally, the RTL515 has an autonomy of 16 hours in daylight flash mode and up to 6 hours in fixed mode.
