The Hutchinson Touareg tyre has been specially designed to beat paths in unknown lands or next to your home. It combines the brand's expertise on road and mountain bike. It has been developed to ensure optimal efficiency wherever you are in the world, offering a carefully thought-out combination of performance, grip and durability.
The Touareg was designed to take full advantage of every moment off the beaten path while maintaining excellent performance on the road. Progressive stud architecture contributes to its versatility. Designed in "small-blocks", its numerous small studs distributed in a compact way contribute to comfort and performance, both on a smooth tarmac and on rough tracks.
The Touareg is developed with a 127 TPI carcass, a must when it comes to pure performance. This soft and lightweight carcass allows for high-flying performance. This new gravel tyre is also reinforced with the Hardskin bead-to-bead grid. In addition to the thickness of the rubber, this real shield offers extra protection against sharp stones, rocks and any other hostile material encountered during a gravel ride. This reinforcement from mountain biking has proven its worth in many XC Marathon races.
