Description
The Sidi Ergo 5 Mega shoes have been specially designed for the comfort of wide feet. They benefit from the best technology of the Italian brand:
Starting with the Techpro vamp, a microfibre made in Italy. It is an environmentally friendly leather that incorporates characteristics of strength, stability, lightness and water repellency. Techpro fibre has been treated with a water repellent and anti-mould treatment, eliminating the appearance of bacteria.
These shoes also feature the Soft Instep Closure System, which distributes the pressure evenly over the instep area. This wide anatomically curved strap, combined with a soft and thermoformed EVA pad, is adjustable on both sides to perfectly center the pad. This system eliminates the need for a high instep extension.
The Ergo 5 Mega are also equipped with the Tecno-3 Push closure system, which adjusts to the full length of the shoe, adapting the upper to the shape of the foot. The buckle can be adjusted along the way with an innovative plug to lift the buckle and make adjustment easier.
These shoes also feature high-security Velcro straps with integrated lockable polymer teeth, which engage with each other when the strap is closed.
The reinforced heel keeps the foot in an optimal position and prevents the shoe from being deformed by intense exertion or prolonged pressure.
In addition, the Ergo 5 Mega has a Twelve Carbon Composite sole made of two materials mixed together: nylon and carbon fibre. The nylon used does not absorb water and does not lose its rigidity in hot or humid weather or as it ages. The result is a much lighter and stiffer sole.
