The Campagnolo corkscrew is THE ideal gift for wine-loving cyclists! All stages of production and machining are carried out in Vicenza by people who have been putting their experience at the service of the Italian brand's products for years.
Each component represents a characteristic feature of the Campagnolo brand. Like the screws and bolts that, even today, derive from a Super Record crankset from the 70s that equipped the bikes of legendary cycling figures of the past, such as Merckx, Indurain and Gimondi. A self-centring telescopic bell always positions the wick in the middle of the cork: once the wick is screwed in, the two levers pull the cork out smoothly and easily. This means that the bottle is not shaken, and the lees that are characteristic of old wines are not disturbed.
What's more, the corkscrew is designed so that it never pierces the lower part of the cork, to prevent small pieces of cork from falling into the wine.
