XXcycle offers the opportunity to return almost any product within 14 days after reception . You will find more details on this page about our return policy .Most of the items are under our general return policy but some of them have specific return rules. In case you do not find below the answer to your question , do not hesitate leave a message thru my account.

Exchange a product you have ordered

You made a mistake on your order and you want to change the product for an other size or color ….Xxcycle allow you to return the products for exchange within 14 days after reception. You must inform us of your demand using my account do not forget to mention the product reference together with the reference you need as a replacement.

Return costs remain at you expenses . In case the price of the product you need is different from the product ordered , a credit will be raised or a invoice will be issued. La procédure de retour est décrite au chapitre "comment retourner un article".

Return a product you have ordered

Xxcycle will credit you back the amount of the product you return together with the shipping costs, in case you return an item of an order including several products, Xxcyle will only credit the amount corresponding to the returned. Xxcycle will only credit standard deliveries costs ( i. e : cheapest shipping costs)).

This option is available during a period of 14 days after you receive the product.

In this case the ruturn costs will remain at your expenses ( including shipping costs, packing costs, and any additionnal costs) . Except the case of defective item or mistake from our side.

This is not applicable for products or services that cannot be returned for hygien or health protection purposes ( ditetical products, creams,….) or products that have been already used or consumed. This is not applicable for products that have been specifically manufactured or assembled according to your specifications.

Defective products and delivery mistakes

  • Thru my account, send a message together with photos of the items to show the problem.
  • Describe the parcel state : damaged , open, reconditionned by the forwarder ….
  • Send us any possible information ( barcode, reference, ..) Or Aftersales service will provide you a pre-paid return document . See chapter "how to return a product" for more information about the way to proceed.

Legal conformity warranty

This return policy does not affect the legal warranty that you may have on any product for hidden defect. This warranty assumed by Xxcycle is conform to the international regulation.

In case of problem relevant from conformity warranty , please get in touch with us thru my account votre compte client , select the corresponding order to explain the problem you have as well as circumstances in which it occurs.

How to return a product

1 Connect to my account to explain the situation :
  • Product reference and quantity for each returned prooduct  
  • What you 'd like for each product : credit or exchange
XXcycle will provide a RMA number that has to be written on the parcel.
2 Preparation and shipment of the parcel : 
  • Make sure that each product is completely new (no traces of use) ; that no part is missing and that the original packing is correctly assembled.
  • Make sure that the packaging and any fixing are given a sufficient protection to the product for them to arrive in good state.
  • Introduce into the parcel the delivery notice or a copy of the invoice.
  • Send the parcel to the following adress:

  • Keep a copy of the shipping document as well as tracking number in case of problem.
3 Processing of the return, , Xxcycle will check the parcel and inform you about the follow-up that will be given.
  • Ruturn costs are at your expenses except in case of defective product or shipping mistake
  • You are responsible for the ruturn packaging.
  • Any return that does not comply with this procedure will be automatically send back to you.


XXcycle will always give priority to exchange and store credit voucher.

In case a refund is necessary we will credit your account within 14 days after the date we have been informed of your decision to return the product and after reception of the product in our wharehouse.The credit will be made by the same way, using the same mean of payment you have used to order. Anyhow , an other mean of payment can be used after your agreement and with no additional charges.
