I have had this pump for over 6 years. It's has some very unique features that make it better than most pumps that I've seen. First of all its very light. So when you are moving the pump around its not like lugging a big piece of metal. I carry it in my bag to races and it does not weigh down my bag at all. Second. the air capacity is huge so when pumping things up. it takes very little time. In fact. if you have a good seal on the valve on a road tire its close to 15 psi per pump! Third. Its very compact for such a large barreled pump. The pegs flip up and the handle comes off the top very easily. So you can easily find a place for it in a bag to carry if you want to bring along serious pumping power or if you want to store it in a smaller area. The fatal flaw on my pump and the reason for the 3 star rating is that since the gage is on the top the pump and is moving all the time while you are pumping. it broke within the first year that I had it. The top is actually a great place for the gage because its easy to read and it makes the pump compact. However. unless they have improved the casing for the pressure gage it will probably break prematurely from normal use unless you're very careful. I still use this pump as my primary pump after over 6 years and use a separate gage to measure tire pressure but I still wish I could tell the pressure without removing the chuck.
