Front lighting HF635 Halogen Headlight

HALOGENE+FLASHING

Unique addition of a X-tra power 2.5W
halogen bulb plus
3 types of led's : amber, blue and white
3 functions : hologen - steady - flashing.
Low battery indicator.
Water resistant.
Requires 4 type AA-LR6 battery.

Functions:
Halogen (battery life : 4 hours ).Power mode : the 6V bulb is powered. Perfect to ride in the dark
Steady (100 hours). Basic alert mode : all led's are constantly illuminating. Perfect to ride in moderate dark areas (in the town for exemple).
Flashing(300 hours). Super alert mode : all led's are powered at each flash. Perfect to be seen up to 1/2 mile.
For maximum security, please combin steady or flashing mode with halogen mode.

The Zefal 635HF is an excellent light for city riding after dark. The Headlight is bright and steady. and the flashing LED's provide excellent visibility to oncoming traffic at twilight. Mounting hardware is rather flimsey. however. and the mounting screw was too short for my roadbike handlebar diameter.
