The Mavic soft stone is made for cleaning rim braking surfaces like UB Control™, Ceramic or other types of rims for MTB, road, BMX wheels. This product will remove the traces of brake pads on the rim and bring back an optimum braking efficiency which influences riding precision and cyclist's safety.

The soft stone can be used either on dry surface or with soapy water. The dry option is the best option for efficiency and the life expectancy of the soft stone. Before using the rubber on the braking surfaces, it is necessary to clean off dirt, gravel pieces of incrusted aluminium... Take care not to use it on colored anodised surfaces to avoid fading.
