the medium helmet fits the same as the normal atmos or pneumo helmet. the only thing is that the ear coverings are a bit snug so realize that in order to get the helmet on that you have to slightly bend the ear covering to get it over your ears. but the fit is amazing very snug. once you put the chin strap on that helmet is on to stay no sliding or anything. great helmet.
